There's a one-time flat fee of $800 plus a $150 fee to process any transactions, such as sales or mortgages, after the first five years. We charge a $150 attorney review fee if your lawyer gets involved. There are no monthly charges, commissions, or hidden fees.

We charge the same one-time up-front fee regardless of a home’s value.
Our contract with our clients prohibits us from accepting commissions or referral fees from brokers, lenders, or other parties.
Our contract prohibits us from acting as our clients' trustees, guardians, or executors. This prohibition is included in the SHERPA Covenant, so there is a public record of it.
Our contract contains no arbitration or class action waiver provision to protect us against lawsuits brought by our clients.
Our forum selection clause allows us to be sued in a client's home state
We are not a law firm so we cannot hide behind attorney-client privilege if we do something wrong.
